Application privacy information

How we handle enquiries about independent sales cooperation.

Controller and contact

BANIX Handelsgesellschaft, owner Azin Zarei, Hausmattweg 18, 76547 Sinzheim, Germany. Email: info@banix.de; telephone: +49 (0) 176 41526512.

Scope, data and purpose

This notice covers applications for independent sales cooperation, not salaried employment. We process the contact details, CV or professional profile, cover letter, sales territory, agency profile, references and correspondence that you send to assess and discuss a possible commercial relationship. Provide only information relevant to this opportunity; please omit health information, identity documents and other unnecessary sensitive data. Please share references’ contact details only when you are entitled to do so.

Legal bases

For a natural person seeking a contract, necessary pre-contractual processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. For agency representatives and other business contacts, Art. 6(1)(f) applies: our legitimate interest is assessing suitable business partners and communicating about cooperation. Necessary evidence for legal claims is processed under Art. 6(1)(f), and legally required records under Art. 6(1)(c). A separate optional consent, if requested, is governed by Art. 6(1)(a); sending an application does not itself constitute consent to an indefinite talent pool.

Recipients and application channel

Send documents by email to careers@banix.de. Messages to that address reach the BANIX info@banix.de mailbox through Google Workspace/Gmail. The website does not provide an application upload form and does not submit application documents to Netlify Forms. Google processes email and attachments; Netlify, Inc. hosts the pages and processes technical website access data. Within BANIX, documents are for the persons handling the cooperation enquiry. A need for other recipients in a particular case must be assessed separately.

Retention criteria

The assessment file is needed while the cooperation enquiry and follow-up discussions remain open. Once these have ended or the application is withdrawn, documents that are no longer needed for a specific purpose are to be deleted. Only records necessary for an actual or reasonably foreseeable legal dispute are retained for that dispute and the applicable limitation period. Documents that qualify as legally required commercial or tax records follow their statutory retention periods; that does not justify keeping an entire CV or all attachments. If cooperation begins, only relevant information is transferred to contract administration. These are retention criteria, not a claim that this mailbox automatically deletes messages after a fixed number of months. Ask info@banix.de about retention of your particular correspondence.

Voluntary provision and decisions

There is no general statutory obligation to submit an application. Without sufficient contact and professional information, we may be unable to assess the proposed cooperation. This website performs no automated selection or profiling of applicants.

Security

The website uses HTTPS. Email is not guaranteed to be end-to-end encrypted. For particularly confidential documents, contact BANIX first to arrange a suitable transfer method.

Processing outside the EEA

Hosting and email providers can process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the USA. Their published data processing agreements describe their transfer mechanisms, including EU standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, adequacy decisions. Information about the safeguards relevant to your data and how to obtain a copy can be requested from info@banix.de. The provider documents are linked below.

Your rights

Under the applicable conditions you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability (Arts. 15–20 GDPR). You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR). Consent, where used, may be withdrawn at any time for the future without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact info@banix.de. You can complain to a supervisory authority, including the LfDI Baden-Württemberg, or the authority at your habitual residence or place of work.
